Ambiguity? Complexity?
Bring it on.
Hi, I'm Ben Pappalardo. Design is more than just a pretty face. It's form and function. It cares about people. When it's good, it's invisible. Design is the 10,000 decisions that mask the complexity inherent in our world, and empower your customers to get things done.
Let's build something intuitive that makes your customers feel smart.

Ben is someone that focuses hard on information architecture and getting the foundations right for every prototype before moving on to the details.
He is both strong in conviction for best practices with UX AND flexible to feedback and changing requirements. It was a pleasure to work together.
I can't thank Ben enough for helping out the way he did. This was our first experience asking for UX help and I'm certain it won't be the last because of the successful result.
